What’s Happening at Blue
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts was recognized as a "Best Place to Work" for disability inclusion by the Disability Equality Index. A joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities and Disability:IN, the index conducts a comprehensive annual benchmarking survey that measures workplace disability inclusion policies and practices. "We are thrilled to be named to the DEI's list of best places to work for disability inclusion as a first-time participant," said Sue Sgroi, chief human resources officer and senior vice president of organizational effectiveness at Blue Cross.
